says draft legislation to abolish will be ready when resumes in February. The , , says red tape has delayed the approval process for AWAs. He says if the law passes, AWAs lodged but not approved at that stage should still proceed. "So if there's applications lodged right up until the time when the legislation is enacted into law, those applications should be able to be processed," Mr Thomas said.
