The police department here opened an investigation Monday into allegations that an inappropriate photo was taken of a 15-year-old Goshen High School cheerleader and a coach at a party in Blanchester. The freshman girl and Victoria Schattauer, a 19-year-old Goshen cheerleading coach, were allegedly photographed together topless at a party hosted by Andrew Emerson, a 19-year-old assistant Goshen football coach.
